Mkhitar Hayrapetyan and Yervant Zorian discussed the prospects of implementing further joint projects
Minister of High-Tech Industry of the RA Mkhitar Hayrapetyan met with Yervant Zorian, President of "Synopsys Armenia", Chief Architect at Synopsys Inc. (USA) and the founder of the Armenian Virtual College.
During the meeting, a number of issues related to the programs implemented in the fields of information technologies and high technologies, development of engineering education in Armenia were discussed.
Both sides emphasized the need for effective use of Armenia's potential in the sphere of microelectronics and active steps to make Armenia one of the leading countries in the field of microchip design.
The parties also discussed the prospects of cooperation and implementation of further joint projects.
