The Minister participated in the ceremony of cancellation of the “90th anniversary of the foundation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia\" Special Cover

On December 25, 2023 Special Cover dedicated to the theme “90th anniversary of the foundation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia” has been cancelled and put into circulation.

The Special Cover was cancelled by the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the RA Robert Khachatryan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the RA Zhanna Andreasyan, the Mayor of Yerevan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia Tigran Avinyan, the Rector of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia Gor Vardanyan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC, the Executive Director of the Alumni Association of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia Karen Darbinyan, Head of “PMI Science” Research & Development Center in Armenia Vahe Danielyan, the Chief Executive Officer of “HayPost” CJSC Arayik Abrahamyan, the President of the Philatelists’ Armenian Association Hovik Musayelyan.

The Special Cover depicts the inscriptions “90th anniversary of the foundation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia”, “90th anniversary of the foundation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia” in Armenian and English languages as well as the logotype dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. The bottom part of the Special Cover depicts the logotype of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.

The postage stamp dedicated to the theme “75th anniversary of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia” and issued in 2008 is attached on the Special Cover.

The event also included the unveiling of the "Polytechnic 90" plaque.
