Mkhitar Hayrapetyan received the General Director of Philip Morris International, Armenian Office
On May 17, the RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan received Aneta Serbusca, the General Director of Philip Morris International, Armenian Office.
The Minister emphasized that in recent years the Armenian Government has been running a broad campaign against smoking, which shall be ongoing. At the same time, he underscored the scientific research programs by Philip Morris International in Armenia as well as the Company's scientific research center in Yerevan. He stressed that technological and scientific innovations can reduce the harms caused by smoking.
During the meeting, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan reaffirmed the Ministry's readiness to discuss further cooperation plans and initiatives in the context of scientific research projects, and referred to the grounds of future collaboration.
