Armenia and China signed an agreement on the construction of a new TV studio of the Public TV Company of Armenia
On June 2, the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) signed an agreement on the implementation of the construction project of the new 8th pavilion of the Public Television of Armenia.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia was the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the RA, on behalf of the Government of the People’s Republic of China was the Ministry of Trade of the People’s Republic of China.
The agreement was ratified by RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan, Director of the Asia-Pacific Department of the International Economic Cooperation Bureau of the PRC Ministry of Trade Chan-Ming Wu, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the PRC to RA Fan Yong and Executive Director of the Public TV Company of Armenia Hovhannes Movsisyan.
The 8th pavilion to be built will be the first new production infrastructure of the Public TV Company in the period of Armenia’s independence, in which a studio with an area of 1000 square meters will operate. The construction is planned to be completed within 26 months.
