Closed Joint-Stock Company "Special Courier Communication" of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia has been providing special-purpose courier services since 1939.
The Company is the only authorized organization carrying out activities in accordance with the Agreement "On the Interstate Exchange of Special Communication Items", signed on December 23, 1993, in Ashgabat by the governments of the CIS member states, and the procedures approved thereunder, within the framework of the obligations established by the said intergovernmental agreement.
The main mission of the Company is the receipt and delivery of special consignments (classified, top secret, and of special importance), transmitted between the states parties to the interstate agreement, between governments, as well as between state enterprises and organizations, containing state, technological, and commercial secrets.
In addition, the Company carries out, within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the CIS countries, the acceptance and delivery of consignments sent by state enterprises, law enforcement bodies, and other organizations to designated addresses by special couriers under special assignments.
CJSC "Special Courier Communication" also provides transportation and delivery of valuable cargo precious stones, precious metals, items made thereof, as well as cultural valuables within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the CIS countries.
Over more than 80 years of its activity, CJSC "Special Courier Communication" has earned the high trust of state enterprises and client organizations and enjoys a strong reputation throughout the Republic of Armenia and the CIS countries.
