Mkhitar Hayrapetyan attends the 91st graduation ceremony of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia
On July 16, the RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan was present at the graduation ceremony of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (NPUA) for the 2023-2024 academic year.
The Minister congratulated the graduating cohort and wished them new achievements and every success. He underscored the importance of continuing education, building professional skills and competencies.
"One cannot imagine any sector of economy without technologies and innovative solutions. If we want to have a rapid growth in each area of economy, we must be able to incorporate effective technological and innovative solutions whether it is an energy, industry or security sector.
Today, you take with you a large stock of knowledge and skills. Hereafter, you will use it to deal with the most challenging issues our country faces. As you chart the new chapter in life, you will be able to use your skills and competencies, which you have gained in NPUA, to help you solve these challenges," Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said addressing the graduates. He added that the Polytechnic University of Armenia is an unwavering support to the RA Government.
The National Polytechnic University of Armenia has been playing a crucial role in training tech specialists for decades. Today, keeping up the traditions, NPUA works in harmony with modern development, offering novel and cutting-edge approaches and solutions in education and science.
Chairman of NPUA Council, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan, NPUA Rector Gor Vardanyan, and other high-ranking officials, trustees, benefactors of the University, professors, lecturers, graduates participated in the ceremony.
