Deputy minister Avet Poghosyan held a meeting with the first Deputy Minister of Communications of Iraq
On February 28, the Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the RA Avet Poghosyan had a working meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Communications of Iraq Vadi Karim Vadi, in Baghdad.
Avet Poghosyan is on an official visit to Iraq as part of the delegation headed by the President of the RA Vahagn Khachaturyan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, including the possibility of applying the Armenian model of broadband internet in Iraq, roaming tariffs provided by mobile operators, and cooperation in the space industry.
The parties outlined the perspectives of cooperation development in a number of directions, expressed readiness to continue working meetings online in the near future.
