What is a license for the import of radio frequency equipment?
It is the license for import of radio electronic and/or civilian high-frequency devices subject to restrictions in case of foreign trade by the Republic of Armenia, including devices embedded or included in the list of other products.
Who can apply?
According to the Order No. 1425-N of December 14, 2017 the applicants participating in foreign trade activities can apply.
How to apply?
Access the national single-window platform for foreign trade of the Republic of Armenia and proceed according to the mentioned steps selecting the “License for import of radio frequency equipment” section.
What is the next step?
The license is provided.
- Exclusively electronically in the section of the “License for the import of radio frequency equipment” of the trade.gov.am platform according to clause 12 of Annex 1 of the order No. 1425-N dated 14 December, 2017.
It is rejected.
- According to clause 20 of the same Annex.
