Interdepartmental WCIT 2024 sequential meeting took place: proper organization of the event was highlighted

Chaired by the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the interdepartmental sequential meeting of the World Congress of Innovation and Technology (WCIT) 2024 took place on August 22.

During the meeting, Hayk Karapetyan, Executive Director of the Organizing Committee of WCIT 2024, transpired the activities to be carried out within the frames of the event.

The department representatives involved in the working group spoke about the progress of the functions attributed to them and reaffirmed their readiness to support the proper conduct of the event.

The working group members also brought up challenges, problems, and possible course of actions to address those issues. The discussion made it possible to choose effective formats for addressing the identified issues. The proper organization of the event and operational performance were emphasized.

The World Congress on Innovation and Technology 2024 will be held in Armenia, on October 4-7, under the headline “The Power of Mind: AI Beyond Limits, Within Ethics.”

WCIT 2024 will be held in close collaboration with DIGITEC Armenia. The event is held under the direct coordination of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.

WCIT 2024/DIGITEC will bring together keynote speakers, panel discussions, B2B meetings, innovation showcases, business pitches, seminars, and other events.

Thanks to the Congress, AI leading specialists and speakers will be hosted in Armenia, who will also participate in DIGITEC expo, bridge over organizations and observe the technological potential.
