The Ministry of High-Tech Industry and Plug and Play Armenia have summarized the results of the Pitches and Pizza startup event

On February 3, a community event titled Pitches and Pizza was held as part of the joint Incubation Program implemented by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and Plug and Play Armenia, the local branch of the internationally renowned innovation platform and accelerator Plug and Play Tech Center.

The initiative aims to provide a professional platform for Armenian startups to further develop their projects, strengthen their investment readiness, and establish direct connections with international experts and investors.

During the event, 16 startups from the Armenian ecosystem pitched their business ideas and projects to the community and a professional jury, receiving targeted and practical feedback from both international and local experts.

Expert mentorship and advisory support were provided by Anna Lena Drewitz, Head of Corporate Strategy at Lufthansa Group; Dea-Anne D’Amico, Founder of Organizational Dynamics and a human capital management expert; Jamie Reynolds, product mentor and successful entrepreneur; Karen Vardanyan, Co-founder and Partner at FORMULA VC venture fund; and Rem Darbinyan, Co-founder of SmartClick and Viral Mango. The guidance focused on market entry strategies, business model optimization, and contemporary investment evaluation criteria.

The event concluded with informal discussions and networking, creating a collaborative environment for knowledge exchange and the development of new professional connections.
