The opening remarks were delivered by Gevorg Mantashyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
The First Deputy Minister welcomed the participants, organizers, and guests of the event, highlighting the unique importance of such initiatives and the valuable opportunities they create for fostering innovation, knowledge exchange, and collaborative partnerships.
The Sevan Startup Summit 2025, taking place from July 20 to 26, will serve as a dynamic platform for several major sectoral events, including the Greenovate Youth Summit 2025, Impact Innovation Summit 2025, Energy Transition & Entrepreneurship Summit 2025, Winetech Innovation Summit 2025, Sevan Agritech Summit 2025, Fintech Innovation 2025, and GovDay 2025.
As part of the summit, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia will host Government Day on July 25. This event aims to foster an atmosphere of mutual recognition and facilitate the development of networks and partnerships among high-ranking state officials, international government delegations, renowned public figures, industry experts, private sector leaders, and, of course, summit participants through diverse formats.
As part of the event, startups at various stages of development will present their ideas to investors and mentors, while also taking part in panel discussions, seminars, negotiations, entertainment activities, and more.
It is worth noting that the Sevan Startup Summit has been held annually since 2016. Each year, the summit brings together hundreds of startups, entrepreneurs, investors, speakers, and mentors from dozens of countries to exchange ideas on business-tech, investment projects, and other areas of mutual interest.
