Meeting with a Delegation from the National Defense College of India: Opportunities for Sectoral Cooperation were Discussed
On June 11, Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Gevorg Meliksetyan, and Chairman of the Military Industrial Committee of the Ministry, Aram Jivanyan, welcomed a delegation from the National Defence College of the Republic of India, led by Major General Samarth Nagar, who arrived in Armenia on a study visit.
India’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia, Nilakshi Saha Sinha, also took part in the meeting.
Discussions focused on opportunities for cooperation in the defense and high-tech sectors, including prospects for implementing joint programs. The sides also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest.
As part of the visit, an exhibition showcasing products and innovations from Armenia’s military-industrial sector was organized for the delegation.
