Under the leadership of the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the RA Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, a discussion was held on the amendments to the law on "Audiovisual Media".

The participants presented their observations and recommendations regarding certain parts of the draft law. As a result of the proposed new legislative amendments, certain parts related to compliance with the technical standards of audiovisual programs, the submission of the application for participation in the public multiplex slot licensing tender, the suspension or termination of the validity of the license, and the conditions for the distribution of audiovisual programs provided to network operators will be revised.
