Expanding Cooperation in the Technology Sector were discussed with the Estonian Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia

On June 10, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Gevorg Mantashyan, met with a delegation led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Armenia, Marge Mardisalu-Kahar. The delegation also included Ingrid Kressel, Director of the Development Cooperation Department at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Andres Arema, Director of the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV).

Nerses Yeritsyan, Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA), also participated in the meeting.

The parties reviewed the progress of joint initiatives, discussed expected outcomes, and shared updates on programs in key areas such as digitalization, cybersecurity, e-governance, and cloud services. They also addressed strategic priorities, challenges, and the potential for deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation in the tech sector.

Both parties emphasized the importance of continued high-level exchanges and active engagement, underscoring the dynamic and growing partnership between Armenia and Estonia in the field of high technologies, and their mutual commitment to further expanding the collaboration.
