Competition “100 ideas for Armenia”

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the RA has announced a competition of innovative projects and scientific and technical developments “100 Ideas for Armenia”.

The purpose of the competition is to develop the innovative thinking of young people, involve young people in the processes of solving the problems of the socio-economic development of the RA, promote scientific and technical developments and civil initiatives for the implementation of innovative projects.

In 2023, the competition will be held in the following categories:

1. Physical and mathematical sciences,
2. Еngineering Sciences,
3. Agricultural sciences (including biological sciences),
4. Information technology (including military sciences),
5. Pedagogical sciences.Young people aged 16-35 or groups of authors from Armenia and the Diaspora can take part in the competition.Applications are accepted from April 5 to May 2, 2023 inclusive.

Applications should be sent to the email address youth@escs.am according to the format (attached), indicating the category of the idea submitted to the competition in the “Subject” section.

If you have any questions, you can call (+374 10) 599-642.From the ideas submitted for the competition, the competition committee will select the 5 best ideas, each of which will receive a cash prize of AMD 500,000.

The Competition Commission will give preference to those ideas that provide:

• innovative and applied value,
• continuity of the presented idea,
• public participation component,
• interdisciplinary solutions.
