The Prime Minister Meets with Jared Cohen, President of Global Affairs and Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Global Institute, in Davos

Within the framework of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Jared Cohen, President of Global Affairs and Co-Head of the Goldman Sachs Global Institute, a division of one of the world’s leading investment banks. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Gevorg Mantashyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
During the meeting, they discussed opportunities for cooperation and the implementation of investment programs between the Government of Armenia and Goldman Sachs. The conversation focused on Armenia’s economic development, attracting foreign investments, and advancing innovative and technological projects.
Prime Minister Pashinyan outlined the reforms undertaken by the Armenian Government to foster a favorable investment environment and strengthen collaboration with international partners. Jared Cohen highly praised Armenia’s role as a regional trade and economic hub and acknowledged the country’s potential in the global technology sector.
Both parties expressed their readiness to continue bilateral engagement and explore opportunities for implementing joint projects.
