Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan visited the construction site of “Dalan” technopark
Minister of High-Tech Industry of the RA Mkhitar Hayrapetyan together with Deputy Minister Ruben Simonyan visited the construction site of “Dalan” technopark, got acquainted with the construction works.
The authors of the project presented the need for the IT sector to have an appropriate physical infrastructure, the uniqueness of the technopark and demonstrated construction works held under international standards.
Technopark will bring together representatives of the IT sector under its roof, providing a comfortable working environment for them. Creating a motivating and inspiring working environment can be one of the most important factors to attract and retain professionals.
Technopark will have 22 floors, 3000 office workplaces and 40,000 square meters of office space, open space, a research center, an exhibition hall, commercial space, event and conference halls, a hotel, more than 1000 parking spaces (30% of which will be for electric cars), etc. The technopark is planned to be commissioned in 2026.
