The Prime Minister received the Public Policy Director of Amazon Web Services for regional countries
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Franco Spicciariello, Director of Public Policy of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Italy, East Central, South-Eastern Europe and CIS countries. Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Robert Khachatryan and First Deputy Minister Gevorg Mantashyan also joined the meeting.
The Prime Minister highlighted the importance of cooperation with AWS and noted that the development of the technological sector is of primary importance for the Government of the RA. Nikol Pashinyan added that the cooperation and active dialogue with AWS will contribute to the implementation of joint projects.
Franco Spicciariello emphasized the readiness to develop cooperation with Armenia and added that they are in active discussions with the Ministry of High-Tech Industry.
During the meeting, the implementation of programs in the field of digitization and the future joint works planned in this direction were specifically addressed.
