The Minister of High-Tech Industry Attends IDEX 2025 Exhibition in Abu Dhabi: Armenian Military-Industrial Companies Represented in a Joint Pavilion

A delegation from the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia (RA), headed by Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, is in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), from February 16 to 21 to participate in the IDEX 2025 International Defense Conference and Exhibition.
This marks the third consecutive year the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry is participating in the exhibition with a joint ARMENIA pavilion, where 11 companies from Armenia's military-industrial sector are showcasing the country’s latest achievements and potential in the fields of high technology, information, defense, military technologies, and engineering solutions from February 17 to 21. The goal is to promote Armenian defense production on the international stage. The exhibition will feature not only finished products and programs but also promising projects aimed at facilitating new cooperation in these areas.
Held every two years, the Exhibition is one of the largest defense events in the world, and approximately 150,000 visitors are expected this year. The event was preceded by the International Defense Conference (IDC) on February 16, which was attended by Minister Hayrapetyan at the invitation of His Excellency Mohamed Bin Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defense Affairs of the United Arab Emirates. Minister Hayrapetyan also participated as a speaker in the panel discussion titled "Disinformation and Influence Operations."
