Plug and Play, a globally renowned innovation platform and startup accelerator with a presence in more than 50 countries worldwide, has established a local entity in Armenia in 2025 - Plug and Play Armenia. In cooperation with the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Plug and Play will implement two programs annually within the framework of a three-year partnership. Each program has a duration of 3-4 months and is delivered in an in-person format. This joint initiative aims to support and scale Armenia’s most promising technology startups by providing targeted assistance across all stages of entrepreneurial development.
Plug and Play Armenia offers a suite of programs - Incubation, Pre-Acceleration, and Acceleration - each structured to meet startups at their stage of development and accelerate their growth toward product-market fit, investment readiness, and commercial success.
Incubation Program
The Incubation program targets early-stage startups that are validating their ideas and laying the foundations of their business models. Participants receive strategic mentoring, access to domain experts, co-working opportunities, and targeted resources to refine value propositions, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and prepare for subsequent growth phases. Startups benefit from Plug and Play’s global network, gaining exposure to potential partners and customers.
Pre-Acceleration Program
Designed for startups that have demonstrated initial traction, the Pre-Acceleration program focuses on equipping founders with the tools and insights needed to move from concept to scalable business. The program emphasizes customer discovery, product development, business modelling, and early sales strategies. Through intensive workshops, expert coaching, and community support, startups enhance their operational capabilities and readiness for investment engagement.
Acceleration Program
The Acceleration program supports high-potential startups that are ready to scale. Participating teams gain access to Plug and Play’s extensive corporate and investor network, structured curriculum tailored to growth challenges, and opportunities for pilot projects with strategic partners. The program strengthens startups’ investment readiness, facilitates introductions to active investors, and increases visibility on the global stage.
