On November 4th,  the Special Cover dedicated to the theme “State Award of the Republic of Armenia for Global Contribution in High-Tech Sphere” has been cancelled.

The Special Cover was cancelled by the  Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Artur Hovsepyan, the Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry and Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Mantashyan, the Laureate of the 2026 State Award of the Republic of Armenia for Global Contribution in High-Tech Sphere, the engineer and entrepreneur, the founder and co-founder of IBX, Axiom Space, Intuitive Machines, X-energy, and Quantum Space Kam Ghaffarian, the Chief Executive Officer of “Haypost” CJSC Shushan Aleksanyan, the General Director of “Viva Armenia” CJSC Armen Avetisian, the President of the Philatelists’ Armenian Association Hovik Musayelyan.

The Special Cover depicts the 17th Laureate of the 2026 State Award of the Republic of Armenia for Global Contribution in High-Tech Sphere, the engineer and entrepreneur, the founder and co-founder of IBX, Axiom Space, Intuitive Machines, X-energy, and Quantum Space Kam Ghaffarian.

A souvenir sheet with two postage stamps dedicated to the theme “State Award of the Republic of Armenia for Global Contribution in High-Tech Sphere” and issued in 2024 is attached on the Special Cover.
