On September 25, David Tadevosyan, Minister of High-Tech Industry and Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Armenia, held a meeting with Sergey Kopirkin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia.

Sergey Kopirkin congratulated David Tadevosyan on assuming office and emphasized the importance of developing bilateral cooperation in the technological sector.

Welcoming the Ambassador, David Tadevosyan referred to the current agenda of technological cooperation between Armenia and Russia, ongoing programs and initiatives, as well as future opportunities for collaboration.

Current directions and upcoming actions of cooperation in the fields of digitalization, innovation, space activities, communications, and telecommunications were discussed.

Reference was also made to the progress in implementing the agreements reached during the 24th session of the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, held in Yerevan on December 17, 2025.

The parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
